AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
All orders are sent via trackable Express Post within Australia.  
    The tracking number for your order can be sent to you via email if you'd like one. Just contact us and we'll send it through to you to confirm shipping has begun.
     

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
    Please contact us for a shipping quote on International orders if your country doesn't show up when checking out.

     

     

    Returns

    MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

    • Please allow at least 10 business days for your item to ship. 
    • Due to the nature of hand crafted jewellery, there can be slight variances in your pieces or stone colour.

    • No refunds or returns on Made-to-order items.

     

    READY-TO-WEAR ITEMS

    • Please allow at least 3 business days for your item to ship.
    • No refunds on Ready-to-wear collection pieces.
    • Exchange welcome for Ready-to-wear collection pieces.

     

    SALE ITEMS

    • No refunds or exchange on sale items.
    • All sales are final.

     

    FAULTY ITEMS

    • We make every effort to ensure your order is of the highest standard and free of faults before we pack and despatch each and every order.
    • In the unlikely event that your receive your item and it is faulty, contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will discuss the options with you.

    • No returns on Gift Vouchers.
