Is it real silver/gold?
YES. We only use sterling silver and solid 9 karat gold. Unless specifically stated or requested. None of our jewellery is plated.

How do I keep my jewellery clean?
Please see the Jewellery Care page.

Can I get a custom finger size?
YES. If you know your finger size, we can make your ring to fit. Add your size in order notes and we'll make it fit you perfectly. If you don't know your size all rings are available in small (L), medium (N) and large (P). Or see Sizing page for instructions on how to measure your ring size at home.

Can you use my diamonds/gemstones?
I'm more than happy to work with you on a custom design using your own existing stones. It depends on the design of the piece and the stones that you have as to what can be done, but just contact me and we can discuss the process. Send along as many pictures and/or ideas for reference as well.

Can you use my old gold?​
Again it depends on the piece and the amount/state of the gold you have to use, but I'm more than happy to look at what you've got and use it in a new piece of jewellery if possible. Contact me and we can have a chat.
 
What if I ordered the wrong size ring?
When ordering rings, it is the customers' responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size. If the wrong size has been ordered, most rings can be resized but a fee may apply, so please take care when choosing your size. Contact me as soon as possible if you've ordered the wrong size.

What is your returns policy? 
Please choose carefully. Some of our pieces are handmade for you after purchase so in most cases I can't offer a return if you change your mind. Contact us as soon as possible if you have a problem with an order/piece and we'll do everything I can to help you out. Fees may apply.

Contact us before ordering if you need something quicker than to usual 7-10 day turnaround. We're more than happy to help out and make something quicker for you if we can, fees may apply depending on timeline.

What are your delivery options?
I send all orders via trackable Express Post within Australia. Please contact me for International orders if your country doesn't show up at check out.

How do I track my order?
The tracking number for your order can be sent to you via email if you'd like one. Just contact  me and I'll send it through to you to confirm shipping has begun.
